1. Product Status
XGEN Labs Limited is preparing an overseas AI-powered consumer product. Its name and final commercial model have not yet been confirmed. Initial beta testing is planned for November 2026; this is a target, not a guarantee of availability on a specific date.
2. Current Price Breakdown
As of October 15, 2026, the overseas consumer product is not accepting commercial payments. There are no active paid plans, paid digital purchases or subscription renewals associated with that product.

No total payable amount arises unless a paid offer is subsequently published and accepted by a customer. Access to a public information page does not establish a subscription.
3. Beta Access
We expect to announce beta eligibility, access conditions and whether any charges apply before beta testing begins. We are not currently representing the beta program as a paid or permanently free product.
4. Future Pricing
No subscription tiers, per-use rates, credit packages or other commercial prices have been finalized. We may introduce a pricing model after product evaluation. If so, the applicable prices and full payment conditions will be displayed before the first paid purchase.

5. Platform Payments
If in-app purchases are introduced through the Apple App Store, users will see the applicable price and payment details through Apple’s authorized purchase interface. Different payment routes, if permitted, will be explained at the relevant point of purchase.
